Spicy Pear Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. peeled, shredded pear
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. peeled, shredded apple
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. golden raisins
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced green onions
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried whole thyme
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium nonaluminum saucepan.
Stir well.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm or at room temperature with pork.
