Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 large (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add milk and sifted dry ingredients, butter and corn.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Drop by spoonful into a hot, deep fryer.
    Fry for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with warm maple syrup.
    Makes 18 large or 24 small fritters.
