Lassi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. ice cubes
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
sprig fresh mint
Preparation
-
Mix together carefully in the blender so as not to damage it with the ice.
Serve while still frothy.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint for a healthy and refreshing drink East Indian style.
