Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1 qt. broth
    1 pt. cracker or bread crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the chicken, skin and
    cut
    up the meat.
    Save the skin. Meat the meat with
    the
    broth,
    crumbs and eggs.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place
    in a baking dish.
    Grind the skin and cover the mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
