Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening
    oleo (1 stick)
Preparation
    Melt oleo in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Set aside.
    Dissolve yeast and water.
    Mix in flour, sugar and salt.
    Mix, then add melted shortening.
    Roll out 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick and cut.
    Dip each biscuit on both sides in melted oleo.
    Leave all in the pan.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
