Ingredients

                            1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg white, beaten stiff
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
- 
                            Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Sift through colander until no lumps remain.
Add beaten egg whites; mix.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Drop by teaspoon on heavily greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
