Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and drained
    1 to 1 1/2 doz. eggs, beaten well
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven in glass pan for 1 hour.
    If using a metal pan, bake 40 to 45 minutes.
