Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream-style corn
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
1 lb. grated cheese
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
Preparation

Mix ingredients and pour 1/2 of batter into a thick greased pan.
Put on top grated cheese and jalapeno.
Pour on rest of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
