Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. half and half
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    3 cans (4 oz.) whole Ortega chiles
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Beat half and half, eggs and flour.
    Rinse chiles and split open.
    Take the seeds out.
    Grate the cheeses; save for the topping.
    Make layers of chiles, cheeses and egg mixture.
    Top with remaining cheese and tomato sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
