Grandma Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. bread (cube)
    1 egg
    1 c. applesauce (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. sugar (brown)
Preparation
    In large bowl combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, applesauce, salt, pepper and sauce.
    Shape in loaf pan.
    Put ketchup and brown sugar on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
