Egg Brunch Casserole(From Beth'S Mom) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. seasoned croutons
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, fried and drained
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Mix croutons with crumbled sausage.
Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with chopped onion, then cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour over cheese. Cover and chill overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
