Refrigerator Cucumber Pickles(Good For 9 Months) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. cucumbers, sliced
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. onions, sliced
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix together in 1/2 gallon jar.
    Cover with Saran for as long as it lasts.
    (Do not cook.)
    Shake up two or three times a day as long as they last.
    They are ready to eat after 3 days.
    Very good and crisp.
    This can be doubled, but use a larger container.
    Saran Wrap keeps lid from rusting.
