Layered Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 small can refried beans
1 can chopped ripe olives
guacamole made of mashed avocados, salt, pepper and lemon juice
diced tomatoes (1 or 2)
8 oz. shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese
small can chile dip
Preparation

Use a platter or small tray.
Mix green onions into refried beans.
Layer onto platter, follow with layer of olives and layer of guacamole.
Add layer of diced tomatoes and layer of Cheddar, Jack or combination of both cheeses.
Spoon chile dip over the top.
Don't use too much as it makes the consistency too watery. Serve with tortilla chips.
