Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (18 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and beat to creamy consistency. Stir in pineapple, 1 cup nuts, green pepper, onion and seasoning salt. Chill 1/2 hour. Roll in remaining 1 cup nuts. Chill until ready to serve.
