Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed)
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Combine ingredients (except pie shell) in large bowl.
Pour in shell and bake in oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
(Knife inserted near edge comes out clean.)
Cool.
Refrigerate leftovers.
