Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can beef bouillon
    3 lb. sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper
    1 pt. cultured sour cream
Preparation
    Brown steak in butter, reduce heat and cook until done. Remove from fat.
    Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms.
    Add flour, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and bouillon.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream and beef; heat it but don't let sour cream boil.
