Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can sauerkraut, well drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. grated carrot
1/2 c. green pepper
Preparation

Mix sugar and vinegar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Let cool.
Mix all ingredients together and let stand overnight.
