Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 tomatoes
    biscuit dough
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Line a pie tin with a very rich biscuit dough, then fill with sliced tomatoes.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Then mix cheese, mayonnaise and onion and spread over tomatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Serve hot with sliced cold roast beef or ham and cole slaw.
