Breast Of Chicken, Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh chicken breast
    16 oz. spaghetti sauce
    6 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut up chicken (chunks) and place in bottom of 8 x 11-inch flat cake pan.
    Add dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cover with sliced cheese, then sauce and grated cheese.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
