    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 stick margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour ingredients in dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
