Vegetable Rotini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. dry corkscrew macaroni
    1 c. carrots, cut in matchstick strips
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. broccoli
    1 1/2 c. cauliflower
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can broccoli cheese soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan, prepare macaroni.
    Add vegetables for last 5 minutes of cooking time.
    Drain.
    In same pan, stir soup into cream cheese.
    Add milk, mustard, cheese and pepper.
    Over low heat, heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring often.
    Add macaroni.
    Heat through, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 6 servings.
