White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 c. luke warm milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 Tbsp. salt
7 to 8 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir milk, sugar, shortening, salt and four cups flour.
Beat until smooth.
Add enough flour to make dough easy to handle.
Knead for 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl.
Let rise one hour; knead again.
Make loaves; put in greased pans.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
