Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken wings
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. soy sauce (low sodium)
1/3 c. dry sherry
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Remove wing tips and reserve for another use, such as soup. Cut wings apart at joint.
Brown wings in oven or in a skillet with small amount of oil.
Drain off all excess fat.
