Coconut Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/3 c. water
    coconut as desired (about 14 oz.)
    2 egg whites
    chocolate chips (for coating)
Preparation
    Mix
    first
    3 ingredients in saucepan and cook to 250\u00b0, stirring.
    Beat
    egg
    whites
    to
    peaks
    and
    then beat in hot syrup, slowly.
    Add coconut.
    If it seems dry, add a few drops of water.
    Drop on a greased cookie sheet,
    cool
    and\tform in eggs. Coat with melted chocolate chips.
