Glazed Cinnamon Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until dough forms; beat 20 strokes.
    Turn onto board or cloth dusted with Bisquick.
    Roll to coat; knead 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix.
    Bake on greased baking sheet until brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Spread with Vanilla Glaze while warm.
    Makes 10 biscuits.
