Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten (added to vinegar)
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix the flour, shortening and salt thoroughly.
    Add vinegar, egg and water.
    Mix until moistened.
    Makes three 9-inch crusts.
