Hadgie'S Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. white sugar
    1 beaten egg
    2 c. rhubarb (1-inch long)
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Sift flour, and add egg and sugar; beat thoroughly.
    Add rhubarb.
    Add filling in one crust.
    Add second crust for a top. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes longer.
    Cool.
