Potato Dumplings And Cabbage(Haluske) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes, grated
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    2 onions, sliced
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1/2 butter
Preparation
    Add flour to grated potatoes (enough to make a soft dough). Have a pot of water boiling.
    Dip spoon into boiling water and drop dough by small spoonfuls into water.
    If spoon is dipped, the dough will not stick to spoon.
    Cook minutes, then drain and rinse with hot water.
