Ingredients

2 cans tiny round beets
1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. water
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook beets until tender and drain.
Mix sugar, water, vinegar and cornstarch together well in saucepan.
Add beets and simmer for 30 minutes.
Put in jars and seal.
