Peanut Butter Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Fleischmann's dry active yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
    1/4 c. soft butter
    1/4 c. soft shortening
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix in sugars, egg, peanut butter, butter and shortening until smooth.
    Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
    Cover; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Shape dough by teaspoon into 2 1/2-inch fingers on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes. Cool.
    Coat one end of cookie with Cocoa Glaze.
    Makes approximately 5 dozen.
