Herbed Cheese And Sprout Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. chopped chives
1 tsp. thyme
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
16 thin slices pumpernickel bread
1 1/4 c. alfalfa sprouts
Preparation
-
Blend first 5 ingredients.
Let stand at room temperature for about an hour to blend.
Spread mixture on half the slices.
Top each with sprouts and another slice of bread.
Serve as is or cut to desired size.
