Beef And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. beef, thin sliced and cut in small chunks
1 small onion, diced small
1/2 to 1 tsp. hot sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, cut coarse
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. grease or cooking oil
Preparation

In hot skillet, add 1/4 cup of hot cooking oil.
Brown onion, then add beef.
Cook until about half done.
Then add drained and cut mushrooms.
When they are hot and cooking again, add hot sauce and pepper.
Simmer until beef is done, then add soup and 1/4 cup of water.
Simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
It must be stirred often. Serve on toast or noodles.
