Corn Meal Taco Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together with wire whisk until very few lumps remain. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of batter onto hot griddle and smooth out in a circular motion until thin.
    Use more batter for larger shells.
    Turn when edges dry and begin to lift off griddle.
    Fill with choice of taco ingredients.
