Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples, peeled
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix in usual manner folding in raw apples and flour coated nuts last.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch cake pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
