Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. solid pack pumpkin
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin.
    Mix well.
    Combine flour, cinnamon, soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Pour pumpkin mix into dry ingredients.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Stir in cranberries.
    Spoon into 2 greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
