Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. water
1 egg white
onions, sliced 1/2 inch thick
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together.
Add remaining ingredients, except onions.
Beat until smooth and well blended.
Dip onion rings into batter.
Fry in deep cooking oil (375\u00b0) until golden brown.
