Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen broccoli cuts
    1/2 c. plus mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 sleeve plus Ritz cracker crumbs
    8 to 10 slices American cheese
    2 to 4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix together mayonnaise and soup.
    In glass 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, layer broccoli, cream mixture, cheese slices (to cover) and cracker crumbs; drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, or until done.
