Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. raw potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
salt and red pepper to taste
1/2 jar pimento
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper
Preparation

Place raw potatoes in a large baking dish.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour and milk gradually.
Remove from heat and pour over potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Top with cheese at 30 minutes and cover until last 15 minutes.
