Fresh Apple Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil well.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and fold in apples and nuts.
Use slow speed on mixer.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool, then dust with sifted powdered sugar.
Cut into 2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch bars.
