Microwave Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 batches hot air popcorn (about 1 c. uncooked)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook popcorn.
    Microwave margarine, brown sugar and corn syrup on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir, then microwave again on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
    Put popcorn in brown paper bag and roll down sides.
    Pour caramel sauce over popcorn and stir until coated evenly.
    Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Do this 3 times, stirring or shaking after each time.
    Spread on wax paper to cool.
