Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can lima beans, drained
1 can peas, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix and put in buttered casserole dish.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Crush 1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick melted margarine.
Place on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
