Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. fresh or frozen, thawed and drained blueberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups (2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch) or line with paper baking cups.
    Beat egg slightly in medium bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except blueberries until just moistened.
    Fold berries into batter. Divide batter evenly among cups.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
