Deviled Crab Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 lb. crab meat (lump or backfin)
    5 hard-boiled eggs
    3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine milk and soft bread crumbs.
    Gently stir in crab meat and finely sliced whites of hard-boiled eggs.
    Mash the egg yolks, along with salt, dry mustard, red pepper and melted butter.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
