Best-Ever Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 ripe bananas, mashed (1 c.)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl stir flour, sugar, soda and salt.
    In another bowl combine eggs, bananas, oil, milk and vanilla.
    Stir just until combined.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread is done. Yields 1 loaf.
