Penney'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. squash, cooked
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 lb. cracker crumbs, crushed
    2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cracker crumbs.
    Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining cracker crumbs.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
