Guacamole Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large avocados
    1 diced tomato (optional)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 fresh green onion, chopped
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper (red pepper)
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Peel the avocados and mash the pulp into a bowl.
    Add lemon juice, salt, garlic salt and cayenne pepper.
    Add chopped onions, chopped green chilies and diced tomatoes.
    Let set for 30 minutes. Place an avocado seed in the guacamole while setting or saving to prevent the salad from turning dark.
