Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light margarine
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. 1% milk
2 bananas, crushed
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Mix ingredients together and bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Check with toothpick for doneness.
