Chinese Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 soup cans water
    1/2 c. rice (Minute)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat, stirring to keep crumbly.
    Add other ingredients (except chow mein noodles).
    Mix well.
    Bake in a greased casserole, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
    Top with chow mein noodles and bake 15 minutes longer.
