Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    5 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. mashed boiled sweet potatoes (can also use potatoes out of a can)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well with mixer and put in 3 bread loaf pans (greased and floured).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes, then run knife around edges and turn out.
    Can be wrapped and frozen.
