Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced rhubarb
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry jello
1 c. orange juice
2 c. whipped topping
Preparation

Cook the diced rhubarb with the water and sugar until tender. Pour dry jello into large bowl.
Pour rhubarb mixture over jello and mix.
Add the orange juice; stir.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in the whipped topping; chill until set.
